Exceptional

Our trip to Taipei made great with our stay here! Located strategically opposite of Ximending, its really accessible by Bannan Line exit 2 or 3. We were warmly welcome by the hotel staffs and their automated check-in process was easy and flawless. Our room was deluxe double on the high floor overlooking Ximending and it was spacious, clean and bright. Toilet was huge and amenities needed were provided. Bed and pillow firmness was perfect and we appreciate the “smart hotel” automation. Hotel was quiet throughout the stay despite location overlooking the busy part of Taipei. We love our stay and we highly recommend Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei for your next trip!

What was the highlight of Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen

Wonderful

Location was the best. Could go to Ximen at night and not worry about a long walk back. Access to the Ximen MRT station was also great and can get you to places like the Botanical Gardens in less than 10 minutes.

We didn't explore too far but the breakfast options around the area seemed a bit lacking. Waking up early many stores aren't open until 7-8 so if you are trying to beat the heat in the summer you may be left with the nearby 7-11.

We stayed at the property and the cleanliness of the rooms plus the friendliness of the staff. The location is perfect as it is near Ximending Night market and Ximen subway station.

The best location ever! We have a great view of the Xiamen Road and very very accessible. They also grant our request to provide extra mattress near the window so we can have stunning photos!

We had a very good time throughout our trip, room and bed is comfy and clean. No complains at all

Front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly, greeted the guests each time when passes by. Even check to reconfirm if we need house keeping when we did not request.

The lift can be pretty occupied during the morning and may take few trips for us to get into the lift. May consider having own private pool typically traveling with family and with the price paid

The hotel is very clean. The toilet bowl is warm. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the exit 2 and exit 3 of ximen station. They have laundry room to use at additional cost. The check-in and check out process was fast.

Love it so much I’ll ask for the same room again!

This is my new fav hotel in Taipei. I have always liked staying in the ximending area. This is new, super clean and so near to station, yet not so crazy as you step down. Service is pleasant. Delivery comes to the reception and check in and out is quick. Room is big, bathroom and toilet separated, bidet and nice windows, facing the busy areas.

Nothing. I just hope that they stay so clean!
